                                             Exchange and Return Policy

No Return Policy - All products on our website are made to order and cannot be returned. We do not provide refunds for goods sold on www.Sinjhar.com.

Exchange Policy - Goods sold through the website can only be exchanged for a replacement if they meet our terms and conditions. All pieces are thoroughly checked before dispatch. If the product received is faulty or damaged, please inform us via email within 48 hours of receipt. Including pictures will expedite the process. We will remedy the fault to the best of our ability. If we are unable to fix the damage, we will replace the damaged piece.

Replacement/Alterations Process

  • Notification: Inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shopsinjhar@gmail.com with your order number, an image of the purchased piece, and the reason for the exchange. We will respond within 24 hours.
  • Return Shipping: Once agreed upon, ship the piece to the following address:

  • Condition: The product must reach us within 7 days of delivery, in its original condition and packaging. Items showing signs of wear will not be eligible for exchange. All original papers/bills must be returned with the product. Sinjhar reserves the right to inspect the product condition before processing any replacement.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product. Sinjhar is not liable for any loss or damage of couriers sent for exchange.
  • Processing Time: Product replacement will take the same delivery time as the original product.

Additional Charges- Sinjhar will not refund any additional duties, taxes, or charges incurred.

Discounted Products : Products bought at a discount are not eligible for any kind of refund or replacement.

Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address : We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the package is refused by the recipient.

This policy ensures clarity on the procedures and conditions for exchanges and specifies that returns are not accepted since the goods are made to order.
